## 연변의 매력, 수상시장

연변 여행의 마지막 날, 우리는 연변대학교 근처에 위치한 **수상시장**을 방문했습니다. 이 시장은 연길하천(延吉河) 근처에 자리 잡고 있으며, 현지인과 관광객 모두에게 인기 있는 장소입니다. 

수상시장은 매일 아침 5시부터 8시까지 운영되며, 우리는 6시 30분에 도착했습니다. 예상보다 많은 인파에 놀랐습니다. 중국 사람들의 부지런함을 다시 한번 느낄 수 있었습니다.

### 수상시장의 다양한 먹거리

수상시장에 들어서자마자 눈에 띈 것은 다양한 먹거리들입니다. 특히, 큰 면 요리와 각종 간식들이 가득했습니다. 사람들로 붐비는 시장 속에서 먹음직스러운 음식을 보며 아쉬움을 느꼈습니다. 시장의 구조는 세 갈래로 나뉘어 있으며, 왼쪽에는 유명한 소탕집도 있습니다. 

- **젓갈과 반찬류**: 다양한 반찬이 진열되어 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다.

- **익숙한 오뎅집**: 한국에서 자주 먹던 오뎅도 발견할 수 있었습니다.

- **특별한 간식**: 야생 원숭이 머리 버섯 같은 독특한 간식도 있었습니다.

우리는 몇 가지 간식을 사서 근처 벤치에 앉아 먹어보았습니다. 아침에 일찍 움직였더니 배도 고팠고, 대체로 먹을만 했습니다.

여행객들이 여기저기 않아서 먹는 모습이 보였어요 ㅎ

### 연변의 저렴한 마사지 체험

수상시장에서 길거리 마사지를 경험해보았습니다. 전신 30분에 30위안이라는 저렴한 가격에 마사지사와 대화하며 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. 내가 받았던 마사지사는 한국에서 몇 년간 일한 경험이 있어 한족이지만 한국어를 잘 구사했습니다. 저녁에 끝나고 매장에 가서 또 일을 한다고 해요

## 연변대학교 탐방

수상시장을 즐긴 후, 우리는 **연변대학교**를 방문했습니다. 예전에는 신분증이나 여권을 보여주고 입장했지만, 2024년 4월부터는 사전 예약이 필요합니다. QR코드를 통해 예약을 진행할 수 있으며, 당일 예약도 가능합니다.

### 연변대학교의 아름다움

연변대학교는 외관이 아름다워 사진 촬영하기 좋은 장소입니다. 학생증 포토존과 다양한 포토존이 마련되어 있어 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 군사훈련을 받는 학생들의 모습도 볼 수 있었고, 그들의 열정이 느껴졌습니다.

## 연길백화점과 쇼핑

연변 여행의 마지막 코스는 **연길백화점**입니다. 서시장과 가까운 위치에 있어 편리하게 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 아침마다 직원들이 댄스를 선보이며 홍보하는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 스타벅스도 근처에 있어 커피 한 잔의 여유를 즐길 수 있었습니다.

## 여행 마무리: 연변 공항

여행의 마지막은 연변 공항에서 마무리했습니다. 공항 내 라운지는 PP카드가 사용되지 않아 주변 카페에서 간단한 식사를 했습니다. 아시아나 항공을 이용했는데, 기내에서의 특별한 경험도 있었습니다.

The Charm of Yanbian: The Water Market

On the last day of our Yanbian trip, we visited the Water Market located near Yanbian University. This market is situated close to the Yanji River (延吉河) and is a popular spot for both locals and tourists. The Water Market operates daily from 5 AM to 8 AM, and we arrived at 6:30 AM. We were surprised by the large crowd, which reminded us once again of the diligence of the Chinese people.

Diverse Food Offerings at the Water Market

As soon as we entered the Water Market, we were greeted by a variety of food options. Notably, there were large noodle dishes and various snacks everywhere. While walking through the bustling market and seeing the delicious food, we felt a bit of regret for not being able to try everything. The market is divided into three sections, with a famous soup dumpling shop on the left.

Pickled Fish and Side Dishes: A wide selection of various side dishes was displayed, offering plenty of choices.

Familiar Odeng Shop: We even found odeng, a snack we often enjoyed in Korea.

Unique Snacks: There were also unique snacks like wild monkey head mushrooms.

We bought a few snacks and sat on a nearby bench to try them. Overall, they were tasty, but nothing particularly special stood out.

Affordable Massage Experience in Yanbian

We also experienced street massages at the Water Market. For just 30 yuan, we enjoyed a 30-minute full-body massage while chatting with the masseuse. The masseuse spoke Korean well, having worked in Korea for several years.

Exploring Yanbian University

After enjoying the Water Market, we visited Yanbian University. Previously, entry required showing an ID or passport, but since April 2024, a reservation is necessary. Reservations can be made via QR code, and same-day reservations are also possible.

The Beauty of Yanbian University

Yanbian University is beautiful, making it a great place for photos. There are photo zones, including one for student IDs, where we had a fun time. We also saw students undergoing military training, which showcased their passion.

Shopping at Yanji Department Store

The last stop of our Yanbian trip was Yanji Department Store. Its convenient location near the West Market made shopping enjoyable. Every morning, employees performed dances to promote the store, which was quite impressive. There was also a Starbucks nearby, allowing us to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Wrapping Up the Trip: Yanbian Airport

We concluded our trip at Yanbian Airport. The lounge in the airport did not accept PP cards, so we had a simple meal at a nearby café. We flew with Asiana Airlines, which provided a special experience on board
